[ مشكلة ] تم تعطيل حسابي في موقع امازون !!

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله

انا اشتركت في موقع امازون وعملت شراء فيه ولكن تم تعطيل حسابي بسبب ان الاسم المستعمل في الحساب ليس نفس الاسم الموجود على البطاقة

وتم ارسال هده الرسالة لي

فرحت للمصرف واخدت منهم billing address وهو اتبات انى انا صاحب البطاقة وارسلته لهم على نفس الايميل الدي ارسلو لي منه هده الرسالة

وارسلت لهم فاكس على هدا الرقم : 001-206-266-1838

فهل هدا الرقم بتاع الفاكس صحيح ؟ وهل هو نفسه القسم الدي فيه مشكلتى

وكيف ستحل مشكلتى ومادا علي ان افعل
